Maak brings everyday employee needs into one place, from leave and salary details to bookings, tasks, offers and workplace services.
But the opportunity was bigger than convenience: how could an employee app become part of the employee experience itself?
From many services to one experience.
Maak combines services with different purposes, priorities and frequencies.
The challenge was to make them feel like one product, not a directory. We designed a shared structure that keeps everyday actions close, less frequent needs easy to find, and new services simple to introduce.

From service to companion.
Maak gradually moves beyond transactions.
It remembers birthdays, responds to sick leave, keeps employees updated through stories, and creates shared moments through volunteering, challenges, leaderboards and seasonal experiences.
These interactions help the product feel more personal while bringing a large organization closer together.
